I am not surprised of this height of grace that you have attained painstakingly without gay saying. It is only a pointer that connotes that hard work mixed with unflinching passion for whatever one loves pays in the very end. I congratulate the erudite and eloquent CP Frank Mba, for a successful tenure, in the public relations department, as he hands over to our indefatigable and public relations magnate per excellence, CSP Olumuyiwa Adejobi mnipr , mipra, who takes over immediately. We wish you unlimited success and protection in your sojourn in office.
