Chief Dr. Maurice Michael Vunobolki, PhD, FCA.

“Some birthdays celebrate the passing of years, this celebrate the maturity of a vision.
Today, we celebrate a man who journey has placed competence, character and a renewed hope for Adamawa at a heart of a public calling”
Today, I join family, friends, associates, and members of the campaign teams and Movements in celebrating Chief Dr. Maurice Michael Vunobolki, PhD, FCA, on the occasion of his birthday.
For me, this is more than a celebration of another year. It is an opportunity to acknowledge a man whose intellectual background, professional experience and growing engagement in public affairs have contributed meaningfully to the conversation about the future of Adamawa State.
Chief Maurice has consistently projected the idea of a New Hope for Adamawa a vision built around the belief that the state can better harness its human, agricultural, economic and cultural potential. While political visions must ultimately be judged by their implementation, the emphasis on competence, human capital, institutional development, economic opportunity and responsible governance is a conversation worth having.
Adamawa needs leadership that can move beyond political rhetoric to practical solutions: improving education and healthcare, expanding opportunities for young people, strengthening agriculture and enterprise, attracting investment, promoting peaceful coexistence, and ensuring that public resources are managed transparently and responsibly.
If entrusted with public responsibility, the challenge before any aspiring leader including Chief Maurice would be to translate vision into measurable outcomes and demonstrate that political authority can be exercised as a public trust rather than a personal privilege.
That is why I regard his journey with both respect and measured optimism. His academic and professional accomplishments provide a foundation, but the true test of leadership will always be its impact on the lives of ordinary people.
Sir, as you mark another year, my prayer is that God grants you wisdom for the responsibilities ahead, strength for the journey, sound health, humility in service and protection for you and your family.
May this new chapter deepen your commitment to the ideals of excellence, integrity and service, and may your contribution to Adamawa continue to be guided by the larger interest of its people.
Happy Birthday, Chief Dr. Maurice Michael Vunobolki, PhD, FCA.
May the years ahead bring greater wisdom, greater service and meaningful impact.
With profound respect,
