ANAMBRA POLICE HAILS DECORATION OF ACP FROM NNEWI NORTH, LAUDS GROWING INTEREST IN POLICING CAREER
The Anambra State Police Command has expressed delight over the growing interest of young people in the state in pursuing careers in the Nigeria Police Force, describing the decoration of an Assistant Commissioner of Police from Nnewi North Local Government Area as a significant milestone capable of inspiring the next generation of officers.
The Command stated that the decoration of Assistant Commissioner of Police, ACP Nnamdi Anabuike, at the Zone 13 Headquarters of the Nigeria Police Force on July 24, 2026, by the Assistant Inspector-General of Police in charge of Zone 13, AIG Godwin Iguh Eze, psc(+), is a proud moment not only for Nnewi North LGA but for Anambra State as a whole.
According to the Command, the feat underscores the opportunities that abound in the Nigeria Police Force for dedicated, disciplined and committed officers.
The Command expressed optimism that the achievement will inspire more youths from Nnewi North and across the state to embrace policing as a noble profession dedicated to the protection of lives and property, promotion of justice and national development.
It congratulated ACP Anabuike on his well-deserved elevation and wished him continued success in service to the nation, while urging youths across the state to remain focused, uphold integrity and take advantage of career opportunities within the Nigeria Police Force to build rewarding careers in public service.
