ANAMBRA POLICE BURSTS A KIDNAPPING GANG OF FOUR INCLUDING A LADY: RECOVERS THREE VEHICLES, ONE LAPTOP AND OTHER INCRIMINATING ITEMS
The Anambra State Police Command’s Rapid Response Squad raided a criminal hideout in Uke, Idemili South Local Government Area, on May 9, 2025, at 7:30 pm. The operation resulted in the arrest of four suspects:
- Chigozie Udolisa, alias T. Dollars
- Anaolu Joseph, alias Blue
- Chukwuka Udolisa, alias Udokamiri
- Chinaza Udemezue, the female suspect
The police recovered :
- Vehicles:
- One black Lexus GS 350 (ENU 561 LY)
- One ash-colored Toyota Camry (UWN 614 HK)
- One navy blue Toyota Corolla (UMZ 135 AD)
- Other Items:
- One HP Laptop
- Car spraying machine
- Motor wires
- Pieces of methamphetamine (Mkpurummiri)
The suspects, aged 19-28, confessed to involvement in kidnapping, armed robbery, and car-snatching syndicates. Chinaza Udemezue revealed that her boyfriend escaped with their arms during the raid.
The suspects are undergoing interrogation to uncover more details about their operations and apprehend other suspects at large.
