Big Brother Confirms Neche’s Voluntary Exit From BBNaija Season 11 Over Personal Issues
Big Brother has confirmed the voluntary exit of Big Brother Naija Season 11 housemate, Neche, from the reality show.
The development was announced in a statement released by MultiChoice Nigeria and the BBNaija production team on Sunday, August 16, 2026.
According to the organisers, Neche, whose full name is Chinaecherem Maduagwu, left the house on Day 22 to attend to pressing personal matters that required her immediate attention.
The statement read in part: “Neche took this decision as a result of pressing personal matters, which she said required immediate attention.”
The production team said it respects her decision and commended her energy and commitment throughout her stay in the house.
The organisers noted that her time in the competition was marked by notable wins and achievements, including emerging as Head of House for Week 3.
“While we are sad to see her leave the house, we respect her decision and wish her continued success in her endeavours,” the statement added.
The team further assured that Neche remains part of the BBNaija family and expressed optimism about her future beyond the show.
“She remains part of the BBNaija family, and we look forward to seeing all that she will achieve beyond the show,” the statement concluded.
Neche voluntarily exited the show on Sunday after the live eviction show.
