According to Vanguard reports, it was reported that the renown political economist, Prof. Pat Utomi, said that landlords in Lagos are not renting houses out to the Labor Party (LP) to use as party offices.
According to gathered reports, it was reported that Pat Utomi disclosed this during an exclusive interview with an online news platform.
According to Vanguard , it was gathered that he said that “In Lagos State, you cannot put up a poster. If you want to rent a house, for Labour Party, the landlord will say he doesn’t want APC people to come and burn down his house. You put up posters, they are torn within minutes.”
He further said that “what can cure Nigeria’s problem is when we have a good leader because the present leaders we have are selfish and callous ones.”
He also added saying that “the governor of Delta state, Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa as a moral cripple for accepting to be running mate to a Northerner.”
