PPRO Narrates How He Met Former Teacher As Senior Police Officer

The Gombe State Police Command Spokeperson narrates how he saw his Junior Secondary School teacher who is now Senior Police Officer by two ranks above his at a police event.

The Public Relations Officer of the Gombe State Police Command, Mahid Muazu Abubakar, narrated how he met his secondary school teacher who taught him in Junior Secondary School and who is now a Senior Police Officer at a police event for the first time after he resigned from the Teaching Service Commission.

In bewilderment, he said his former Teacher is now a Superintendent of Police (SP), two ranks higher than his Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP).

The Police PRO disclosed this on his Twitter handle revealing he met his former teacher during the passing out parade of intakes who just graduated from the Police Academy, Wudil, Kano State, on Saturday last week.

According to the Gombe State Command Spokeperson, “My former teacher, SP Usman el-Goshi, left the teaching job when I was in JSS3 to join the Nigeria Police Force, just as I decided to join through cadet at the Police Academy after I completed my secondary school education”. he told his twitter followers.

The PPRO however said that while he is an ASP, his former teacher is a SP, two ranks his senior in the Nigeria Police Force.
