ANAMBRA STATE POLICE COMMAND ARRESTS THREE SUSPECTED CULTISTS/SECURITY OPERATIVE, IMPOSTERS: RECOVER ONE AUTOMATIC PUMP ACTION GUN

The Operative of the Special Anti -cultism Squad of the Anambra State Police Command have arrested a Fifty year old man named Chidi Ekwesiri from Oyi Local Government Area of the state alongside two others

According to the Police Public Relations Officer of the Anambra State Police Command, SP Tochukwu Ikenga , the suspects are in possession of automatic pump action gun, and police uniform. However, it is important to note that, Police have recovered such from the suspects. He said in the released.

SP Tochukwu Ikenga further said, Operatives while on routine patrol along Onitsha -Enugu Expressway by Unizik Temporary site spotted the suspect , during interrogation the suspect initially claimed to be a Police sergeant and a serving member of the Nigeria Police Force serving in Lagos State, he later denied this earlier claims and confessed that the gun in his possession was a gift by a yet to be identified man at Ukpo.

The other two suspects are subject to the confession made to the police.
