The Nigeria Police Force has rejig it’s security architecture ahead of the judgement to be delivered at Presidential Election Petition Tribunal slated today the 6th of September, 2023. The Nigeria Police Force has strengthen security operatives throughout the country. The police wish to reinstate it’s commitment to the cardinal responsibility to protect lives and property before, during and after the PEPT judgement, The Force PPRO, ACP Muyiwa Adejobi has said in a statement released.
Speaking further, Adejobi stated clearly that , “the NPF has diligently emplaced all necessary deployments and security measures during this critical period as officers and men are fully prepared to maintain order and enforce laws while respecting the rights and freedoms of all citizens”.
The sighted document warned all political stakeholders, party loyalists and the citizens to conduct themselves orderly and warn mischief makers against misinformation and unguided utterances for it will not condone any activities, incitement or breakdown of law and order in regards to the aforesaid judgement to be delivered. It’s therefore imperative to maintain decorum, embrace peace and harmony regardless of party affiliations on the outcome of the judgement.

Together, we can ensure a peaceful and secure environment for all during this period”, Adejobi said in the Statement released and sighted by Aiyekooto Reporters.
