Mr. Obua Chukwuemeka Patrick Pius popularly called CPP in the Nigerian Immigration Service is an indefatigable boss and colleague.

Mr Obua got enlisted in the NIS in 1988 after his graduation from the University.

He also holds a Master’s degree in Law and Diplomacy with over 11 unpublished academic and professional works to his credit.

As a staff of NIS, he has served meritoriously at various capacities including Personal Assistant to many superior officers of the agency.

Mr Obua reached the acme of his career when he was appointed as the Service PRO between 2013 and 2015 . He also served as the SA CGI SERVICOM and the NIS Reform Champion from 2021 till date.

His service has brought many changes to the agency which include quarterly publication of NIS newsletter which has now metamorphosed into a full magazine titled; The Nation’s Gatekeeper

Currently, Mr Obua is the Special Assistant to the Comptroller General on SERVICOM and Reform Champion.

Recently on the 16th of December 2022, Mr Obua was honoured with an award for his innovations and creativity in adding values to the service delivery of the agency.

Mr Obua is happily married with children.
