When you hear people talk, sing, cry or keep silent, it most time’s reflects the life inside of them which the human eye cannot see. To know that you were going through hell in the name of marriage and still you brought down the glory of His presence only shows that you sold out your entire self to your creator. Come to think of it, if you had chosen to walk away instead of dying for a man, God would have still blessed more lives through your ministrations irrespective of what ANYBODY would say.
