The Anambra State Police Command has given the green light for the bereaved family to bury the three children found lifeless in a fridge at Nnewi.

The Commissioner of Police, CP Ikioye Orutugu, acknowledged the family’s grief and assured them of swift police action when necessary, pending the outcome of medical findings to complete the ongoing investigation.

According to the Police Public Relations Officer, SP Tochukwu Ikenga said that the police are working diligently to unravel the circumstances surrounding this heartbreaking incident. While the investigation is still ongoing, the Command urged the community to remain patient and cooperative to ensure justice for the victims and their families.
