Children Day is an important calendar in the year. Children are most vital asset and should be handled with care the former Inspector General of Police and Chairman Police Service Commission Dr Solomon Arase CFR has said in a statement released by the Commission Spokesman, Ikechukwu Ani in marking the Children’s Day in Abuja.
The Commission Chairman Dr Arase has said that government policy should be formulated to meet deliberate challenges of our children in the face of global economy meltdown, they are the bedrock of any nation hence policy and strategies that will ensure its disposition to cope with the challenge should be concern to the nation.
He’s of the opinion that our sweat for our children today “is a promise for a better tomorrow”. We must invest in our children to spiral a rapid national growth.
“He wishes Nigerian Children especially the Children of the Staff of the Police Service Commission and the Nigeria Police Force, a rewarding celebration.
The PSC Chairman prays that the innocence and promise of our children should feel our homes and heart with happiness and fond memories to cherish forever”. Dr Solomon Arase has said in a message of hope delivered on Children Day.
