Chief Simeon Okeke, the pioneer Chairman of the Police Service Commission made a sudden appearance to the corporate office Jabi, Abuja yesterday, where he made huge statement in credit of the transformation agenda ongoing by a former Inspector General of Police, Dr Solomon Arase CFR who incidentally is the current Chairman of the Commission.
The former Commission Chairman, Chief Okeke marvel at the radical change and various initiative steps of the Arase’s phenomenal foresight in the project to fix the Commission.
In this vein, Chief Simeon Okeke therefore appeal to the Federal Government for more financial and logistics support to enable the various projects see the light of the day, offset incur debts currently facing the Commission in the form of unpaid allowances due to the staff in the course of their official duties for several years before his assumption of duty among other stimulating challenges.

said, “it is more of a pioneering work with what Arase is making of the Commission, doing it with zeal and persuasion to succeed and overcome which I know of him as a Police Officer. He has all the ingredients to overcome and his entry into this Office must have been a big obstacle but he has conquered”, he noted.
The former Inspector General of Police, Dr Solomon Arase CFR has made a huge statement and difference since his assumption into office, ” I am happy to see the staffs in their offices not as tenants , he therefore call for cooperation of the entire staffs and new members to collaborate with the chairman to regain the pride of the Commission”, The Spokeperson to the Commission, Ikechukwu Ani has said in the press released.
