The 11th Indigenous Inspector General Of Police popularly called Kumawu also facilitated the establishment of the Police Mobile Force Training College, ila Orangun, Osun State.

Tafa Adebayo Balogun was born on the 25th of August 1947 and succumb to the will of Allah on the 4th of August, 2022 after a brief illness in his Lagos residence.
